Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Paritas Recruitment. As a key member of our Commercial Intelligence team, you will play a vital role in collecting, processing, and reporting key data to support all aspects of commercial and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Commercial Intelligence team in their mission to provide key insights and management information to the Commercial and Senior Management teams.
  • Manage the further development of a suite of self-service dashboards with the aim of driving the team towards data-driven decisions.
  • Direct and improve the reconciliation processes of other functions that consume commercial data such as finance (FP software development and ERP).
  • Manage and develop team members including supporting continuous skillset development and training of team members.
  • Be responsible for the data integrity and accuracy of Commercial Intelligence data.

Requirements

  • Experience in analysing, manipulating and visualising data.
  • An ability to understand unstructured data questions to carry out analysis to provide relevant and valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with data tools such as Microsoft Excel; Power BI; Power Query and CRMs.
  • Experience in using Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with SQL/SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce; Microsoft Dynamics CRM or any other CRM platform.
  • Experience of VBA/Macros.
