Content Manager

Premier Talent is seeking a skilled Content Manager to lead the development and implementation of social-first content strategies for a rapidly growing hospitality brand.
This is a new role created to support the company's expansion, and the successful candidate will work closely with the senior marketing team to oversee content creation, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of content creators and oversee content creation, including photography, social content, videos, infographics, and other formats.
- Develop and maintain the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Measure the performance of content and make data-driven decisions to improve future content.
- Report on content performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with social media and email marketing teams to ensure cohesive content delivery across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
- Preferably in events or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of content marketing best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
