FXCM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Assets & Compliance Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client money and asset safeguarding for regulated entities within FXCM. You will act as the subject matter expert on CASS governance and serve as the primary point of contact for senior management regarding these critical matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team dedicated to ensuring the secure handling of client funds and assets, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a robust governance framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory expectations for CASS compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group CFO to establish priorities, implement training programs, and ensure consistent adherence to CASS standards across the organization.
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial systems and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to mitigate risk.
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulatory rule changes and proactively communicate updates to relevant stakeholders within FXCM.
  • Manage client money audits, effectively responding to auditors and regulators to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Oversee the timely submission of CMAR reports and other related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on all matters pertaining to client money and asset management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of CASS regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing CASS governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client money audit relationships and responding to regulatory inquiries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
