Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and process payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Monitor and maintain the customer database to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Assess and evaluate credit requests, and make recommendations for approval or denial

Requirements

  • Previous experience in credit control or a related field
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS packages and CRM systems
  • Relevant qualifications, such as AAT, CICM, or ACCA
