The key duties of the Junior Property Consultant role encompass performing property evaluations, drafting layout plans, overseeing client portfolios, and supporting senior consultants in diverse assignments. While prior experience in commercial property or valuations is not necessary, a genuine interest in the commercial real estate sector is essential. Altus Group will assign you a mentor and provide extensive training to ensure your success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities:
