Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Worker to join our team at Upper Ford Lodge, a residential home in Droitwich Spa. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with autism, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individual support plans to ensure a person-centered approach
- Provide and facilitate meaningful activities that are led by the individual's choice, likes, and aspirations
- Provide consistent and proactive support to individuals when behaviors of concern are presented
- Maintain accurate records of progress towards the achievement of agreed goals for the individuals you support
- Respect the individuals you support as individuals with their own unique needs and preferences
Requirements

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
