**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor and manage traffic flow around the Next campus.
  • Implement plans to optimize traffic efficiency and safety.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to ensure smooth vehicle movement.

**Traffic Management:**

  • Utilize data management tools to track traffic patterns and parking availability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion.

**External Housekeeping:**

  • Conduct regular inspections and upkeep of car parks and cycle shelters.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of external facilities.

**Events:**

  • Support sustainable travel events by providing on-site assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate parking arrangements for event attendees and VIPs.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in traffic management or related fields.
  • Basic proficiency in using data management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and event attendees.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge around electric vehicle (EV) and EV charging.
  • An interest/awareness in sustainable travel.
