We are a leading provider of social housing in the UK, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our residents.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer engagement initiatives and supporting the Assistant Director of Customer in championing customer voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Participate in out-of-hours rota to ensure 24/7 customer support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer engagement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid working environment
