Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest And Florent LTD in West London. As a key member of our cost and project management consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering high-end residential projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project costs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with our MRICS qualified Director to provide expert support and guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our consultancy
Requirements:
  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Experience working on high-end residential projects
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
