Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Barton-upon-Humber. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
