Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist Pharmacist to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent patient care and contributing to the development of our junior pharmacists.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in the Paediatric Haematology/Oncology department
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Provide training and supervision to junior pharmacists
Requirements
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Experience in clinical pharmacy and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
