We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endoscopy Technician to join our team at Scarborough and Bridlington Endoscopy. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and procedure rooms.
  • Support the endoscopy team in the delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience working and communicating with the public in a health/social care setting.
  • Endoscopy experience/knowledge of endoscopic procedures.
  • Caring and compassionate nature.
  • Level 3 vocational qualification in a health/social care related subject or willingness to undertake the Level 3 Diploma (QCF) appropriate to the clinical area.
