Fragrance Ambassador

At Jo Malone London, we're on the hunt for a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Stylist. As a key member of our retail team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the world of fragrance and gifting.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, approachable, and has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Stylist, you'll be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, showcasing our luxurious fragrances and gifting products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and authentic customer service, ensuring each customer has a memorable and enjoyable experience
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrances and gifting products, including their features, benefits, and pairing options
• Work collaboratively with the team to create engaging in-store events and promotions, driving sales and customer engagement
• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store looks its best at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

• A passion for fragrance and gifting, with a desire to develop your skills and knowledge in this area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proof of right to live and work in the country
