Our client, a leading M&E contractor, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join their site team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing safety paperwork and procurement on a non-working supervisor role within the Education sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple sites and resources
- Oversee sub-contractors and ensure compliance with company standards
- Develop and implement effective planning and programming strategies
- Manage health and safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Liaise with main contractors and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery
- SMSTS Certification
- Relevant trades background (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience in Building Services projects
- Proven track record of working with or for a Tier 1 Contractor
- Proficiency in IT systems
