Team Overview
The Commercial Development team is integral to our success, encompassing various functions such as Commercial Partnerships, Pricing Strategies, Promotions, and Trade Operations. This collaborative team works diligently to achieve our commercial objectives.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic commercial leader with a background in program management or experience in managing large-scale cross-functional projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the commercial sector of retail or for seasoned buyers to enhance their skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of strategic initiatives across the commercial division, ensuring effective collaboration among teams to meet their objectives.
- Lead comprehensive projects from conception to implementation, including the transformation of trading systems and the introduction of new operational processes.
- Coordinate internal and external communications for the commercial team, including organizing team-building events and supplier engagements.
- Implement change management strategies for significant initiatives affecting the trading team.
