Your Role as a Trainee Estate Agent

As a Trainee Estate Agent, your primary responsibility will be to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You'll also have the opportunity to optimize every chance to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
