Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at MRJ Recruitment. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements from customer data, continually iterating on the design of software products, and organizing and managing user groups to gain insights for strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements from customer data and develop user stories
- Continually iterate on the design of software products and manage product backlog based on changing requirements
- Organize and manage user groups to gain insights for strategies and headline the software product roadmap in collaboration with the dev team
- Monitor development progress against the roadmap and participate in Agile development scrums and sprint meetings
- Communicate with the test team and ensure requirement coverage in testing
- Play a key role in Test sign off and Live implementation for customer systems
- Collaborate on Project Reporting, Planning, and Change Management
