As a Crew Member, your responsibilities will include food preparation, cash handling, and attending to customers in the dining area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, prompt, and accurate service to all customers.
  • Complete tasks in accordance with training, company policies, and management instructions.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, and food hygiene protocols.
  • Foster a courteous and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues, contributing positively as a team member.

Strong communication skills, including attentive listening and effective verbal interaction, are essential. Maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is crucial.
