We are seeking a skilled Barbering Tutor to join our team at PeoplePlus, working with our management team and other staff to deliver high-quality training to prison-based learners.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Barbering Qualification, Level 2 Maths and English, and substantial experience in their field. They will be responsible for delivering training, developing skills and knowledge, and supporting learners in achieving their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Barbering training to small groups of learners
• Develop and implement training plans to meet individual learner needs
• Provide guidance and support to learners in achieving their goals
• Collaborate with the management team and other staff to ensure high-quality training

Requirements:

• Level 3 Barbering Qualification
• Level 2 Maths and English
• Substantial experience in Barbering
• Ability to deliver training and support learners
