About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Delivery and Installation Team Member to join our team at Sparkworld, a well-established family business in the South West of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install kitchen appliances to customers' homes as part of a two-man team
  • Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure safe and efficient transportation
  • Pick and load deliveries for the day, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Communicate with customers over the phone prior to delivery to confirm details and expectations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy appliances
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required
