Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Marden Court. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with daily routines, such as meal times and medication administration
- Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
- Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a residential care home
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
