Job Summary:

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are maintained to the highest standards, performing planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work, and undertaking repairs to lighting and power distribution systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are in good working order.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical power distribution systems, including lighting and motor systems.
  • Use BMS control systems and PAT testers to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician with experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
  • 18th Edition City and Guilds certification.
  • Experience in electrical power distribution systems and electrical testing.
  • UK Driving Licence.
  • DBS check.
