As a People Manager for International Team Members within the Audit division, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture for our team. Your key responsibilities will encompass offering support, guidance, and effective communication to empower our team members to thrive in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage regularly with team members to assess workload, wellbeing, and provide constructive feedback
- Address and escalate issues as necessary, including performance challenges, to ensure timely resolution
- Develop effective communication pathways with stakeholders and advocate for an inclusive workplace culture
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to tackle challenges and promote positive transformation
