About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment and dish washing machines to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all food and storage outlets, including restaurants, kitchens, and storerooms.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to provide exceptional service to our guests, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
