About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our outstanding Production team at Quarsh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our production machines are stocked and operated correctly to produce high-quality products that meet product specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular process control checks to ensure seamless internal material flow and optimal machine performance.
  • Book finished goods into the Finished Goods Warehouse (SAP) and complete data documentation.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to share information on machine performance and optimize production processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets and goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and methodical individual with excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will also be enthusiastic about working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
