Key Responsibilities:
As a Waste Management Operative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working on a processing line to identify and separate specific recyclable and non-recyclable materials from the conveyor and placing them into the appropriate containers.
- Exercising some flexibility in your role, which primarily involves sorting waste within the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Engaging in tasks that require standing, reaching for items to remove, and walking around to clean as necessary, which may involve heavy lifting.
