Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our small accounts payable team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the subcontract ledger, processing invoices for a number of companies within the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple inboxes and daily queries
- Match invoices to purchase orders and identify any discrepancies
- Reconcile and perform weekly payment runs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess recent experience of subcontract/CIS ledger processing, ideally within a construction-based company. You will also have experience of 3-way matching to purchase orders and good interpersonal skills, with experience of liaising with internal and external contacts.
