About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Restock and rotate inventory, using the FIFO method
  • Report any feedback, complaints, or suggestions to management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge and certification is desirable
