About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Derivatives Project Implementation Lead to join our Derivatives Service Delivery team in Manchester. This role offers a hybrid work model (days per week in the office) and presents an opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success.
Responsibilities
- Lead ETD and OTC projects for new and existing Middle Office / Custody and Accounting clients, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs, objectives, and project requirements.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including tracking action items, risks, and issues, facilitating meetings, and preparing status reports for internal management and key stakeholders.
- Work effectively with all relevant functions and teams to plan and execute deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify potential challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
- Provide clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Contribute to the development of new technology solutions or improvements for existing business processes, ensuring they meet evolving client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, Business Analysis, or a related field is required.
- Experience in brokerage/banking operations and reconciliation processes is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and control projects, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and issues that may arise during implementation, keeping projects on track.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical requirements to development teams for seamless integration of new solutions.
