Position Details- Reporting To: Head of Corporate Services UK
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Location: Mayfair, with options for other sites
- Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Team Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of 7 professionals in our London offices.
- Operational Enhancements: Collaborate with the facilities team to discover cost-effective solutions.
- Health & Safety Management: Drive sustainability projects and ensure proper maintenance.
- Office Transitions: Support the logistics of office relocations and openings.
- Service Standards: Maintain exemplary corporate service practices.
- Data Security: Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of corporate information.
- Relevant certifications in facilities or office management.
- 8-10 years of experience in similar positions.
- Proven expertise in corporate services and facility oversight.
- In-depth understanding of building systems and front-of-house operations.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with pertinent software applications.
