The Corporate Services Coordinator plays a vital role in the seamless management of corporate services within our organization. This position encompasses the supervision of reception, facility operations, office administration, and health & safety protocols to ensure a productive and safe workplace for all employees.

Position Details
  • Reporting To: Head of Corporate Services UK
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: Mayfair, with options for other sites
  • Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of 7 professionals in our London offices.
  • Operational Enhancements: Collaborate with the facilities team to discover cost-effective solutions.
  • Health & Safety Management: Drive sustainability projects and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Office Transitions: Support the logistics of office relocations and openings.
  • Service Standards: Maintain exemplary corporate service practices.
  • Data Security: Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of corporate information.
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications in facilities or office management.
  • 8-10 years of experience in similar positions.
Essential Skills
  • Proven expertise in corporate services and facility oversight.
  • In-depth understanding of building systems and front-of-house operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with pertinent software applications.
