Insurance Account Manager

Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their team in North Leicestershire. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and retention of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation queries
- Work closely with account executives on larger cases
- Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
- Ensure accurate documentation and systems
- Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
- A dynamic team environment with excellent career prospects
- A negotiable starting salary with regular 1-2-1's and a standard benefits package
- Full support for professional qualifications
- Experience in commercial insurance with exposure to main commercial insurance products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- IT and influencing skills with an eye for detail
- Comfortable dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email
