About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning pastry team at Harrods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food halls and patisserie counters, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef De Partie in planning and forecasting stock and orders
  • Support the management team in the organization and stock rotation of food
  • Ensure that food safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Work closely with the team to deliver day-to-day operational requirements
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong track record in fine patisserie. You will have excellent time-management skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a good attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills.
