Job Description

**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant

**Location:** Newham

**Salary Scale:** £85-£100 dependent on experience and qualifications

**Contract Type:** Full-time

**Working Hours:** 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive community. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
