Upon successful completion of an interview and necessary background checks, we will strive to secure you a paid position in a school, allowing you to enhance your skills.

We will assist you in developing your identity as an educator and help you select your area of specialization, whether it be Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, secondary education, or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Before commencing your placement, you will need to complete a thorough training program delivered by Vision for Education and experienced school leaders, equipping you with the essential skills required to excel as an Educational Support Assistant.

The Role of an Educational Support Assistant

Educational Support Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of any educational institution. The most effective assistants possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to support the daily needs of all students. They are adept at building relationships with staff, students, and their families.

The responsibilities of an Educational Support Assistant may vary by school. You might assist the teacher during whole-class instruction, facilitate small group interventions, or provide one-on-one support to ensure that every child's needs are met, enabling them to thrive.
