Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a wide range of assessment projects, including BREEAM, LEED, Home Quality Mark, WELL, Fitwel, or CEEQUAL, to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  2. Manage certification projects and collaborate with specialist colleagues to deliver ESG strategies and reporting, driving business growth and sustainability.
  3. Oversee colleagues within the team to deliver projects within program and budget, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in leading sustainability assessments, including BREEAM, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  2. A relevant degree and membership of an appropriate environmental, architectural, or sustainability body, demonstrating expertise and commitment.
  3. A passion for energy and sustainability, with a commercial and practical understanding of building design, construction, and energy projects.
  4. Strong personal and project management, time management, and resourcing skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
