As a Commissioning Engineer at Ingersoll Rand, you will play a critical role in installing and commissioning high-pressure gas compression systems. This position involves extensive travel, mechanical installation, on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global travel as required to install and commission high-pressure systems
  • Installation and commissioning of Ingersoll Rand's high-pressure gas compression systems
  • On-site servicing and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Liaising with customers to address technical queries and provide expert advice
  • Conducting on-site surveys to identify potential issues and implement solutions
  • Delivering training activities to customers on the safe operation and maintenance of high-pressure systems

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mechanical installations and commissioning
  • Strong knowledge of P&ID drawings and installation management
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Valid driving license to travel to customer sites
  • Proficiency in Siemens TIA portal (PLC) for programming and control
