MWH Treatment is seeking to enhance their workforce with a dedicated Sustainability Consultant for their ESD joint venture framework. This role involves regional travel to facilitate and support the attainment of environmental objectives across various projects.

You will report directly to the Head of Health and Safety, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting monthly SSER evaluations on projects in accordance with the SSER Schedule environmental criteria
  • Providing advisory visits to project sites to offer expert support
  • Reviewing environmental screening assessments in collaboration with design and preparation teams
  • Leading environmental audits focused on design during the project preparation and design phases
  • Assisting site teams in the completion of environmental license applications and addressing planning conditions
  • Managing communications with regional environmental advisors from clients
  • Delivering ESD Environmental training and Business Management Systems for the organization
  • Engaging in client-mandated initiatives, working groups, and forums
