Key Responsibilities

As a Nursing Care Unit Manager, you will be instrumental in the daily management of our specialized care services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of nursing and care staff to meet the comprehensive medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs of our residents. Providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and promote continuous improvement. Overseeing and managing all clinical aspects and associated risks. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Supervising the nursing team to ensure timely completion and review of care plans and risk assessments, reflecting appropriate interventions.

About You

A valid first-level nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN is essential, along with a minimum of three years of post-registration experience, including management or supervisory roles.
