An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Master Automotive Technician to become part of a reputable car dealership.
In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the maintenance, servicing, and repair of vehicles' mechanical and electrical systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out routine maintenance, service checks, and repairs following manufacturer specifications. Executing fault diagnostics on various systems including engine, transmission, brakes, air conditioning, security features, and fuel systems. Engaging directly with customers to identify and comprehend issues related to vehicle performance while providing technical guidance. Conducting road tests on vehicles post-repair or service work and accompanying customers to demonstrate concerns or faults. Performing repair and service tasks on engine units, drivetrains, suspension components, brakes, air conditioning systems, electrical systems, emissions systems, and interior trim components. Carrying out electronic vehicle health assessments.We are seeking candidates who:
Have prior experience as a Diagnostic Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Master Technician, or in a comparable position. Possess dealership experience. Hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Ideally have experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician. Have technical knowledge of various vehicle makes and models. Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pmBenefits include:
