Education Recruitment Specialist

TimePlan Education Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Cambridge team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing talented educators in schools and educational institutions across the UK.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, hybrid role that offers a competitive base salary and a fantastic commission structure. You will work closely with our clients and candidates to understand their needs and match them with the best job opportunities. Your strong interviewing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and remotely will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and interview candidates for teaching and support staff positions
- Consult with educational institutions to understand their staffing needs
- Communicate with clients and candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education recruitment
- Experience in an education recruitment role
- Strong interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the education sector
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
