The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our business, and ensuring that our guests have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Upsell products and services to increase revenue and promote our business.
  • Restock the bar at the end of shift or as directed by the Bar Manager.
  • Ensure that equipment is left clean and tidy after each shift, in accordance with our Bar Cleaning Schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with the Bar Team to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer service.
