Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - French Speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at ERES. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, live chat, and clientelling
  • Process orders, exchanges, and refunds in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Communicate with customers in French and English, with the ability to learn additional languages
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in e-commerce, retail, and CRM to manage customer online shopping journeys
  • Establish long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviors, and purchases
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to learn additional languages
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a luxury brand environment
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Great listening skills and passion for finding solutions to customer queries and complaints
  • Passion for building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service experiences
