About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Design Engineer to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates. As a key member of our M&E Design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs for data centre and critical engineering spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data centre and critical infrastructure projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in data centre and critical infrastructure engineering concepts and technologies
  • Produce high-quality designs, specifications, and reports using BIM software
  • Conduct site surveys and audits to inform design decisions
  • Liaise with subcontractors and specialists to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree/HNC level in a related field or with a strong practical application
  • Strong technical experience in leading critical engineering projects
  • Familiarity with data centre and critical infrastructure engineering concepts and technologies
  • Proficient in BIM software and office software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
