Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the initiation of client matters through both manual processes and various digital systems.
- Assist in the formulation and distribution of estimates for legal services.
- Ensure adherence to both internal and external service standards regarding all assigned and referred tasks, while remaining informed about compliance matters.
- Engage in specific training as necessary, taking ownership of personal development.
- Support the processing of the team’s conveyancing tasks by performing administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and retrieving client files.
- Utilize the case management system to execute tasks delegated by team members, including document preparation, conducting searches, and reporting findings in accordance with company protocols.
- Handle telephone communications in a professional and courteous manner, documenting all interactions electronically and advancing cases as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals through various communication channels.
Prior experience in conveyancing is preferred. A confident approach to utilizing a wide array of digital technologies and a willingness to embrace and support technological advancements are also important.
