Key Responsibilities of the EPOS Systems Educator:

  • Training Execution: Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions for clients on all EPOS offerings, as well as provide instruction to internal staff.
  • Webinar Coordination: Plan and conduct regular webinars focused on specific aspects of EPOS systems.
  • On-Site Assistance: Deliver on-site support to both new and existing clients, resolving any issues related to EPOS systems and products.
  • Client Integration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth client integration and assist with EPOS system setups.
  • Configuration Assessment: Evaluate site and product configurations, gather client insights, and lead workshops to refine EPOS system setups.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve EPOS system and product configuration challenges at client locations.
  • Managed Services Oversight: Manage stock builds and address client inquiries related to EPOS managed services.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide guidance on EPOS system and product configurations to team members and engage in project discussions.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Assist project managers and clients during the UAT phase of EPOS system implementations.

Qualifications for the EPOS Systems Educator:

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, with occasional office attendance.
