Apprentice Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our award-winning Chef Academy as an Apprentice Chef. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and develop your culinary skills.

As an Apprentice Chef, you will work closely with our experienced chefs to learn the art of cooking and develop your skills in a variety of kitchen areas. You will have the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen, including craft training, butchery, foraging, smoking, and curing meats.

Our menu changes daily, and we encourage our Apprentice Chefs to come up with new ideas and contribute to the creative process. You will have access to a team with a wealth of knowledge and experience, as well as a range of learning and development courses to help you progress in your career.
