About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users with autism and learning disabilities.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our service users during the night, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe and secure.

You will work closely with our team to deliver a personalized and bespoke service, supporting our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.00 per hour
  • Full-time hours worked over 3 or 4 shifts per week, between 10 pm and 8 am, with overtime opportunities available
  • Part-time hours over 2 shifts per week also available

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have great values and a passion for providing great care. You will be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging, with experience as a carer being an advantage. You will also need to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
