Residential Fire Project Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Fire Project Supervisor to join our team at Calco Services. As a key member of our fire system installation team, you will be responsible for managing labour on various projects, liaising with clients regarding residential sprinkler installations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage labour on various projects to ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Manage project finances to ensure targets are met
  • Arrange materials and plant for installation
  • Conduct site surveys to identify potential issues
  • Have a thorough understanding of BS9251
  • Produce QA documents to ensure compliance
  • Monitor project progress to ensure client expectations are met

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential fire project supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of BS9251
  • Clean driving licence
  • Ability to work under pressure
