Logic Engagements is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Project Management team in the Pharma / Life Sciences industry.
This is a Mid-Senior level role with a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum, plus great benefits. The successful candidate will be based out of our Stevenage site and will work on a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Project Management team, driving consistent and effective use of project management tools and standards.
- Ensure clear project governance and escalation routes are in place and effective for all projects managed by the team.
- Provide direction to the team, develop their capabilities, and ensure resources are deployed appropriately to meet business needs.
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with Collaborators throughout the onboarding process and for the duration of the collaboration.
- Manage multiple complex site-based projects/programmes contributing to continuous growth in Stevenage.
- Extensive and proven experience of project management within the biologics contract manufacturing or similar Pharma / Life Sciences industry.
- Scientific background with proven experience of working within a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
- Experience of managing customer relationships within a clinical or commercial environment.
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage and deliver multiple projects of differing size, complexity, and duration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of customers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to engage constructively with colleagues at all levels across different departments.
