Digital Design Director

Avicena Inc. is a pioneering company in the field of microLED based ultra-low power high bandwidth interconnects for chip-to-chip communications. Our technology has the potential to revolutionize High-Performance (HPC) and Cloud computing, as well as other industries where low power interconnects are critical.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Digital Design Director to lead our team in developing innovative micro architectures for our digital section of the ASIC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RTL design for high speed datapath and signal processing, as well as experience with different bus architectures and MCU integration.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement micro architectures for the digital section of the ASIC.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure the design meets all requirements, including STA, IR, and other technical specifications.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in digital design, from specification to architecture, design, bench testing, and high volume production.
- Strong understanding of RTL design for high speed datapath and signal processing, as well as experience with different bus architectures and MCU integration.
